2. Establishment of demobilisation committee

(1)There is hereby established a demobilisation committee which is accountable to the Minister, and which consists of a Chairperson and no fewer than four other members.

 

(2)The Chairperson and members shall be appointed by the Minister and shall be officials in the employment of the Department.
