Regulations

Films, games and publications removed from display in terms of regulation 32 must—

(a)	Be sealed in a marked seal bag and seal numbers recorded in the notice;

(b)	be stored in safe storage within the premises; and

(c)	not be displayed until the distributor or exhibitor complies with the Act.
